QUESTION FROM Ronda
Is there a way to clean storm windows without removing them?

ANSWER FROM POLICY-Wizard™
Dear Ronda:
Are you referring to cleaning the outside of the windows, that are up high and hard to reach? If so, what you can do is use a long-handled broom to wipe away dirt, leaves, debris and cobwebs.
Then wrap a dry towel around the broom and continue cleaning the window without any liquid. Next, use a hose to spray the window to wash away the loose material. An alternative is to buy a telescoping squeegy.
Hope this is helpful.
